The client extranet provides you with information that is relevant to your estate that is managed by JG&P. You will find information regarding your Premises Licence, Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) information and Personal Licences. With the appropriate privileges, you will be able to download these reports.
You will require a username and password. These can be obtained through your head office if you are currently entitled to use our extranet service.
The system is protected by industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption - similar to systems used by online banking websites. Look for the padlock icon in your browser.
Information is updated in near real-time; meaning that when something changes about your premises or an application, you will be able to see those changes. You will be able to identify when the last update was made to the information you are viewing.
At first instance, you should contact your head office – see “How do I gain access?”. The majority of questions should be answerable by this person(s) – if it is not, your enquiry should be forwarded to Laura Mateer. We will then deal with it appropriately and swiftly.

Please note that the extranet facility is not currently available for individual private clients.
